Whether your company needs to acquire and sell at high volumes, or you’re personally looking to grow and streamline your real estate investments, Picket’s product and service marketplace has everything you need.

Buying: Start Making Offers

Create an account or log in
Save any property by clicking the heart icon. Once a property is saved, a "Make Offer" button will appear.
Choose an agent
- For businesses: Speak to your account representative for customized brokerage solutions, such as enabling one-click offers or assigning offers to agents by region.
- For individuals: Select an agent to work with. If you’ve already messaged an agent, they will automatically show up as a collaborator. If not, you’ll need to select an approved agent before making the offer. If you haven’t worked with the agent before, you’ll be prompted to sign a buyer’s agent representation agreement. Don’t have a preference? Let Picket recommend an agent for you.
Fill out offer details
Enter the offer amount and any other relevant details. Your agent will message you if more information is needed to submit the offer.
Submit the offer
Press "Submit" and let your agent handle the rest. They’ll send the offer to the seller and update you on the status. You can track offers, manage counteroffers, and complete the purchase—all from your Picket account.

Selling: Start Receiving Offers

Add your investments
Make sure your existing investments are added before listing a property for sale.
Schedule a sale
Open the investment’s detail page and click the purple "Schedule Sale" button.
Choose an agent
- For individuals: Once you schedule a sale, select a sales agent and sign a listing brokerage agreement. If you don’t have a preferred agent, Picket can recommend one for you.
- For businesses: Speak to your account representative about enterprise features to support high-volume, multi-market sales initiatives.
Manage offers
Once your listing goes live, your agent will send offers through the platform, allowing you to discuss, accept, reject, or counter each offer. Once an offer is accepted, you can manage and track the entire transaction within your Picket account.
