Picket's Buy Zones help you target properties in designated areas by defining specific locations on the map. Use them to filter listings within your preferred investment regions and exclude properties outside your criteria.
Setting up a Buy zone is a simple matter of going to your Account settings and customizing your Map.
The subsequent map provides a simple way to define your zones.
Listings outside your Buy Zone will be highlighted and flagged as “Outside of the Buy Zone.” You can still make offers on these properties, but a confirmation will appear before proceeding.
