Data Feeds – Upload & Underwrite Your Own Listings

You can now upload your own data tapes directly into Picket. Uploaded properties will appear in the Discover page, making it easy to underwrite Off-MLS listings alongside MLS properties.

This feature helps streamline underwriting workflows by treating uploaded listings as native Discover inventory, enabling faster, more consistent analysis at scale.
